Yes. All Pure Doggy products are gluten-free, corn-free, soy-free and salt-free. Always consult your veterinarian to discuss specific diet needs for your beloved pet.

Gluten may cause digestive problems for some dogs causing the lining of the small intestine to become swollen and inflamed. Gluten is found in certain flours, such as, wheat, spelt, oat, barley and rye. So, in order to minimize any digestive problems for your beloved pet, we simply do not use gluten in our products. Always consult your veterinarian to discuss specific diet needs for your beloved pet.

No. Pure Doggy currently does not carry products with meat.

Since Pure Doggy products have no preservatives, we recommend that you store them in an airtight container and keep refrigerated once the cellophane bag is opened. We are in the process of getting a shelf life test completed, but we do expect our product to stay fresh for several months. We will update this information upon completion of the shelf life testing.

Yes. The outer Kraft box, outer labels and gift tags are 100% recyclable. The outer ribbon, inner cellophane bag and inner wood excelsior shavings are all biodegradable, so feel free to place in your compost. We are committed to being an eco-friendly company.

• Yes, we are happy to assist you with a gift order. Please be sure to
purchase a Pure Doggy gift tag and then provide the "To" & "From"
message in the additional information box during your checkout & we will include with your order.

• Yes, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to exchange, substitute or issue a refund. See below for additional instructions.

• If an item was damaged during shipping, please return the damaged item in its original packaging, using the shipping label and a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the item.

• If you would like a refund, please return the item within 10 days of delivery in its original packaging, using the shipping label and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of notification. If more than 25% of the cookies have been consumed, then we will not be able to accept the return.

• We reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee if the instructions are not properly followed.
